Residencial Lord is a friendly and newly renovated hostel in the centre of Lisbon, near Duque of Saldanha square, one of the best shopping and cultural areas of the city.
Thanks to its centrally location, just a few meters from Saldanha metro station, and 20 minutes from the airport and the central railway station, this good value for money Lisbon hostel is the perfect accommodation choice for your holiday or business stay.
Furthermore, from Residencial Lord hostel you will reach in few minutes Baixa do Chiado, Rossio square and Bairro Alto (the oldest district of the city), Alfama and Marquês de Pombal. Pets are welcome.

The "private bathroom" is a tiny rickety structure inside the room made of frosted glass (you can see it in the picture) and containing this sort of bathroom pump that allows to build the bathroom away from the pipeline. The pump is very loud and it can be a bit awkward to use the toilet when somebody else is present in the room (fortunately there is another down the corridor). The room is not heated so during cold Lisbon spring nights it can be very cold. The lady who worked the check-desk at our revival did not speak a word of English (so much for the multilingual staff) but we managed to work it out. No breakfast provided. On the pros side, they change sheets and towels every day, the hotel is well situated, close to the centre but on a quiet street. But I don't think I am going to return there.
