Ce qui n'apparaît pas sur le site web, c'est qu'il s'agit d'un couvent qui accueille aussi des personnes agées ! La situation est magnifique et les bâtiments sont pleins de charme, mais les chambres sont petites et sommaires. Les deux soeurs, très aimables, assurent un service minimaliste (nous sommes restés six jours et nos chambres n'ont jamais été nettoyées...). Le petit-déjeuner est quelconque. Le prix demandé est donc trop élevé, mais l'expérience est tellement inhabituelle que nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour ! PS. Pour s'y rendre, le plus simple est de prendre la "superstrada" Pisa/Livorno-Firenze et de sortir à Montelupo, ensuite prendre la direction de Botinaccio.
