The whole residence is air-conditioned.
Recently, the residence was completely renovated without altering its features and maintaining the fascination of its past history.
Rooms are large, have high painted ceilings, frescoed walls and are elegantly decorated. All rooms have "en suite" bathrooms, fitted in marble.
All rooms are fitted with: direct telephone line, satellite TV, P.C. plugs, safe with combination and, in every bathroom: hair-drier.

The Palazzo Niccolini mirrors the style, elegance and beauty of Florence. The service and hospitality are beyond compare. Our stay was absolutely outstanding; we are planning to return next summer.

The photos do not do this hotel justice - it is a real little hidden jewel. The location is ideal, the rooms beautiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. We would unhesitatingly recommend it - (as long as there is still a room available for us when we go back!)
