the staff was really nice and helpfull. our overall experience was good. the only draw back was that the rooms did not have attached wash/bath rooms, but being a hostel rather than a hotel, we should have probably expected it

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By train
From the main train station (Lehrter Bahnhof): take a suburban train (S5, S7, S9) in direction of Zoologischer Garten. At Zoologischer Garten change to the Metro-Bus line M46 heading for Britz/Buschkrug until Rathaus Schöneberg. Walk along Martin-Luther-Straße in the opposite direction of the traffic. After crossing the Badensche Straße and Martin-Luther Straße you will see the Meininger Straße. Follow the street for 50 meters and you will arrive to the Meininger City Hostel - Meininger Straße.
