Casa da Porta de Cochêca used to be inhabited by the resident tenant farmer and can accommodate up to 10 people. The house features stunning views over the valley.
On the 1st floor there is a dining area, a living room, a twin room and a double room, with an adjacent bathroom. The ground floor features a kitchen, a sitting room with access to the garden and the orchard, and double room and a twin room, each with an en-suite bathroom.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
From Porto:
Driving along the A4 take exit Marco de Canaveses and then follow the signs for Marco de Canaveses until you come to the bridge over the Tâmega river. After the bridge, turn right towards Régua/Resende. You will get to a road that goes around Marco de Canaveses. Keep going towards Régua/Resende, getting through several roundabouts. In the last roundabout you will find, make a left turn, and in the next roundabout, turn right, towards Resende/Régua. Make another right turn at the end of this road.
At this point you are on the EN 211. You will pass by the Intermarché supermarket and the Adega Cooperativa. Go straight for about 10 km, until you will see a sign on your right to "Casa de Cochêca - Turismo de Habitação". Follow the signs down a cobbled road until you get to the house.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
