Each bedroom is bright and modern in décor and offers flexible accommodation from single to family rooms sleeping up to 4 people. Some rooms boast excellent views over the Bruntsfield Links. Facilities include direct dial telephone, colour TV, writing desk and tea & coffee making facilities.
On a busy evening, noise from the front bar may effect some front facing bedrooms.

The continental or full Scottish breakfast is served in the bar area from 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. for the continental breakfast and from 7.30 a.m. (8 a.m. on weekends) to 10 a.m. for the full Scottish breakfast. |

The entrance to the hotel was dirty. Very noisy. Moved to another hotel the next night. The staff were very nice and helpful, but the pub below our room was really loud. Coy's from New Mexico USA

The reception area and hotel lounge, are manned by our friendly team based in the bar. Overlooking the Bruntsfield Links there is a patio area in front of the hotel where al fresco eating and drinking can be enjoyed.
Alternatively, meals are served until 10 p.m. each day in the bar. The bar is open until 1 a.m. daily.
