HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
Travel by private vehicle is permitted up to Täsch, where you will find parking facilities. From there guests can take the train or the bus to Zermatt.
By train
Zermatt is easily accessible by train: you can reach it in about 4 hours from Geneva-Cointrin, 5 hours from Zurich-Kloten and 3.5 hours from Milan-Malpensa.
TRANSPORT SERVICES

Private vehicles are not admitted to Zermatt. There is a public car park in nearby Täsch, where guests can take a train to Zermatt every 20 minutes.
A shuttle service to/from Zermatt railway station is available and subject to charges.

Guests can choose between the Prato Borni restaurant, with a wide choice of French and Italian specialties, and the modern and bright Lusi restaurant, which offers light cuisine and a wonderful view of the Matterhorn.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The use of fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and Internet corner is included in the price.
The use of the solarium, the massages and the body treatments are not included. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Children up to 6 years of age can stay in their parents' room free of charge.
Additional beds are not included; prices upon request.
Pets accommodation is not included and costs CHF 30,00 each day.
The shuttle service to/from the railway station costs CHF 12,00 each way.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation w/o fees:21 nights prior arr.in high
season, 7 nights in mid season and 2 nights in low season.
In case of cancellation, no-show, delayed arrival or
premature departure the legal code becomes effective.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
