This place needs better directions. We could not map the address on any software and it took hours to find it. Also since the staff spoke no english. The hotel room and restaurant were very good and close to the airport.Good hotel if you are flying and/or out of FRA.

Your website quoted me and charged me a price that was more then double what the hotel charges for the room. Upon discovering this during check-in I was told by your company that I could not cancel the reservation, which I should have been entitled to do given the fact that the hotel was willing to give me a room for so much less. I will not book through your company again.

Located in a dirty industrial area. For the price I think the room was very ordinary. It had 3 single beds, even though I booked a double room. When I book a double I at least expect a room with a double bed!

one employee was very unfriendly, We feel very bad feeling with her. normally , when customers are watching TV, employee does not make a big noise with the other steleo system, but she did. Immediately leaving the table, she took the table and started to see the other TV channel, and even we asked some question, she never answered and we ordered the drink and she gave us the change all 2 cents coins!!

Quiet, bright, feathery, and comfortable, this hotel was an excellent choice for an overnight stay at the Frankfurt airport. The airport shuttle service was prompt and free. Breakfast was top quality (including eggs, meat, cheese and a variety of fresh breads). And the staff recommendation for a good restaurant in the evening was right on.

From the expressway A5, take the exit Zeppelinheim/Neu-Isenburg/Dreieich, at the first traffic light turn right direction Walldorf/Groß-Gerau, at the next traffic light (after passing a forest) turn right direction Walldorf, when passing the traffic circle, go straight ahead and turn right behind the ESSO gas station into Nordendstraße. The hotel is on your left.
