Overlooking Pagasitikos Bay, Protessilaos is a family run hotel enjoying a great location in Nea Anchialos, a traditional Greek village with a long shingle beach and extensive archaeological remains, further north towards the city of Volos.

Situated only 30 metres from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, the hotel offers cozy accommodations in a friendly atmosphere which will make you surely feel at home.

    By car

    From Athens or Thessaloniki by highway E75: turn right at Mikrothives exit. Pass Mikrothives and proceed for about 5 km until you reach Nea Anchialos. Two blocks before the traffic lights turn right towards the beach.

    By bus

    There are frequent KTEL bus itineraries from Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Igoumenitsa to Nea Anchialos or Volos.

    By airplane

    From both Athens Eleftherios Venizelos and Thessaloniki Makedonia airports, you can reach Nea Anchialos by car, bus or taxi. Volos airport is serviced only by charter flights.
