Disgraceful. The hotel should be closed down. There was no lift and we had to carry our luggage. Bad odour in hotel and it was dark. The room was disgusting and the cleaner lifted the bedding to check if the bed was clean and said ok and left us so we followed her out of the room and left the hotel immediately

when we arrived at hipotel it was actually sign posted as comfort inn (apparently its expensive to change the sign) the welcome was good, nice polite staff (though the maid did not take the hint we wanted a quiet lie in on our engagement day and came in and put towels in any way) The wallpaper had a HUGE bubble in it which even I could have done a better job with and only one plug socket worked with our adaptor (this was the one hanging out the wall more so than the others) my now fiances light did not work next to his side of the bed and the room was generally ill lit. Breakfast was nice, good selection of a general continental breakfast, however we were not informed that it was chargable at 7 euros each a day. 5 days = 70 euros extra. (there was nothing written on the site saying it was chargable and nobody informed us whilst we were there until the last day as we settled up.) I argued my point and ended up paying 28 euros, nice of them but i still dont believe it was fair advertising. The surrounding area was questionable to say the least, we took a wrong turn due to road works and to be honest i didnt think we would get out of there alive, or with all our luggage. this hotel is situated right next to the train station (2-3 min walk) so it is good for that. Was my engagement a disaster therefore? well no because we spent very little time there, we slept and smuggled pizza in on a night time for tea. However if we had not spent 3 days in disneyland i would certainly have come home crying! All in all if you want somewhere cheap to stay and wont be staying there much then the hipotel is for you (just remember they charge for breakfast) otherwise spend just a bit more and go somewhere slightly better, it does look good from the outside (apart from the broken into car and the one covered in toilet paper) but the rooms are not up to much. I could not fault the staff they were polite and helpful (apart from the breakfast charge, as you can see its really bother

Exit Highway A104 at Villepinte Tremblay-en-France (exit 4) and proceed on road D40. Enter Tremblay-en-France and proceed on Avenue de la Résistance (D40). Turn left on Boulevard Vladimir Illitch Lénine, then right on Avenue de la Paix. Turn left in Rue Pierre Brossolette, then proceed on Avenue Gilbert Berger and Avenue Gilbert Berger, where the hotel lies.
