The approach to the hotel is quite difficult if coming from the north, it's on the right as you come off the motorway, if you miss it, you have to go all around town to get back to it, the hotel is on a one-way street, so keep your eyes open!!! We had to do this 3 times, and after driving from Bilbao, it was annoying to say the least. So better signage would be nice. Otherwise all else was was fine, parking adequate, and the night-staff very helpfull. The room was very clean & quiet, had a good nights rest. The bathrooms are very nicely decorated, but a proper double-bed would have been nice, rather than 2 singles put together. The staff were very helpfull, as we had to leave our luggage at the hotel until we caught our train in the evening, at no charge. So to some up, a nice place to stay, quiet & clean. But better signage would be an advatage.

The attention at front desk was more than excellent!! The rooms are comfortable and nice. Clean of room at time of arriving was very good, but during my stay no. The gym and sauna areas must be improved. I will return to Ensenada.

Nice room, according to the specifications, however with few sight (looking out on an inner space). Surprised that the knowledge of English of the staff was so poor. Surprised that we had to pay 5 EUR/day for the use of the(very small) garage. Very noisy (4 nights long) from the early hour. Very good breakfast buffet.
