Stayed two nights in a single room. Good quality for money, very nice breakfast buffet with excellent coffee, clean rooms, nice staff, BUT very, very thin walls in my room. I could hear just about everything my neighbours did.

The rooms were very nice, except the third bed (we took a three bed room), which was of far lesser quality than the other two. It was like a double room with extra bed, a poor one at that. Every other thing was fine. Metro and tram stations were very near and the hotel itself is at a walking distance to Westbahnhof. The staff also helped a lot with a map and some info, the best was a leaflet how to go to a few selected tourist spots from the hotel with the public transport.

I was in Vienna for an interview following a job application. I stayed in a single room. The pension is ideally located, the staff very friendly and the price quite reasonable.

Accueil un peu froid, mais tout le reste est correct. Coussins à changer, cependant!!! J'avais cru comprendre sur le site qu'ils proposaient de l'alimentation biologique et je n'en ai pas vraiment eu l'impression. L'hotel n'est pas situé dans un cadre idéal (dans une cour à coté d'une boite douteuse) mais le plus est qu'il n'est pas loin de la westbanhof, où s'arrete la navette de l'aéroport.

Hôtel situé à proximité du centre. Station de métro à 5 minutes de marche. Chambre propre mais défraîchie. Image trompeuse de la façade de l'hôtel sur le site. Il s'agit en fait d'un immeuble devant l'hôtel qui est en fait situé dans la cour arrière...

sono rimasto molto deluso dall'hotel che non è assolutamente un albergo a 4 stelle. E' una vera e propria pensione, senza una hall, con camere piccole e veramente poco accoglienti. il soffitto era tale e quale a quello del mio ufficio! la pulizia lasciava a desiderare ed il bagno era talmente piccolo che non entrava più di una persona alla volta. Naturalmente mancava l'aria condizionata. Se queste sono le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle! avevamo cercato appositamente un albergo che offrisse una certa qualità, e siamo rimasti molto delusi.

This hotel is actually located behind a delapidated, half empty builiding that has the hotel name on it, so we spend time trying to find the actual hotel. The receptionist was curt and haughty. The lift is like a coffin, and the rooms were dark, hot, and stuffy and were nothing like the image created by the description. This was the worst place we stayed, and I would never return. The management seemed almost resentful at having to deal with customers.

Highly recommendable! Nice, modern rooms and great service. Walking distance to the Westbahnhof and to Maria Hilferstrasse.

All in one: excellent: clean, quiet, spacious, friendly, quality vc. price and location, . BUT: please on the map the excellent traffic lines: flughafen-bus 35 min um die ecke (10 min spazieren mit koffer), strassenbahn und metro um die anderen ecken in einigen minuten nach alle richtungen. Werden absolut unseren freunden u bekannten (auch busines-trips) empfehlen. Danke fuer einen schönen wiener-urlaub.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and was very happy to be there. Service is ecellent and it's located very well, within walking distance to Westbahnhof. The hotel may be bright but the rooms are quite gloomy, but as I was told, there are actions going to be taken to change this. And please change the horrible paintings on the wall. But what may I say for that price. Even the breakfast is great.

This was our first trip to Vienna and the Pharmador was an excellent choice. The staff was very accomodating; they packed us a breakfast for the train when we left early one morning and allowed us to leave a bag overnight free of charge. I liked that the desk was staffed 24 hr/day. Breakfast was great. The location is quiet, but a bit far from U-bahn when toting lots of bags. Would pack lighter and definitely stay again.

The hotel is well located in a quite residential area - close enough to the center and very calm ! Parking is convenient.

We stayed two nights in the Hotel Pharmador, which is small but clean and comfortable, very quiet and good location. Staff provided good services and met our extra requests, such as early breakfast from 6.30am, usually from 7.00am. ready to help and did provide good advice. Would recommend people to stay and would like to stay again if visited Vienne in the future.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations. The decor was refreshing and the entire hotel was very clean which is a plus. Marta receptionist was FABULOUS, very nice, helpful and accommodating! The bed was the nicest surprise, after 4 weeks in Prague on a rock hard bed, the bed at Pharmador was the best delight! I have recommended it to a lot of people, already!

The service and facility of this hotel were very good and the price was not too expensive. The staffs of this hotel were very friendly and kind. I was very pleased to stay at this hotel and I would like to stay again. Only one disadvantage of this hotel is the distance from the station. Although this hotel is not too far from the rail, the underground and the tram stations, I think you’d better get to the hotel by taxi if you carry heavy luggage (I did not use taxi. It took about 10 min from the underground station by walk).
