All rooms are soundproof and feature private bathroom with hairdryer. The accommodations are furthermore equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini bar, LCD flat screen satellite TV, direct dial telephone, heating and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Some rooms have a panoramic view over the lagoon. Specially equipped rooms for disabled guests are available upon request.

Lovely Venice hotel - recently opened.Gave us a "non-water-view" even though we were practically only guests in hotel when we arrived - I guess they were "punishing" us because we got a good rate as the hotel is very new! Room was nice (esp. for Italy) and overlooked courtyard (breakfast served there). Lovely marble bathroom with shower and tub - good mattress/linens, some breakfast noise from courtyard. Public areas lovely in this converted convent. Spa opening mid-Sept. will be fantastic. Location on Giudecca was excellent - near Cipriani - terrific views across San Marco basin; hotel shuttle avail. to Hotel Bauer (sister hotel) on San Marco (except midday siesta! 12-3) or Zitelle vaporetto stop very handy. We enjoyed being out of the chaos at night, but still very convenient. All in all a great experience especially if you're familiar with a typical 4-star Italian hotel - the extra star makes a big difference. Recommend!

| On request and free of charge, the hotel offers guests a shuttle service to/from Bauer Il Palazzo and Bauer Palladio until November 18th 2007, everyday from 10 a.m. to midnight (last trip at 11.30 p.m. from the hotel Bauer Il Palazzo). |
