HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From A4 Milano-Venezia: after the highway toll booth, continue on the ring road keeping on the right until you take the exit for Marghera-Mestre. At the first roundabout keep on the right and then take the second exit for Marghera Centro; at the second roundabout take the second exit and continue for the center. When you reach Piazza Municipio on the right to Piazza Mercato, at the roundabout of Piazzale Concordia and at the corner of Via Avesani, you will find Hotel Nice at street number 6.
From A4 Trieste-Venezia and from A27 Belluno-Venezia: once you leave the toll booth continue along the ring road until the last exit for SS Romea/Chioggia/Marghera. At the first traffic circle take the second exit for Marghera Centro; at the second roundabout, take the second exit and continue for the center. When you get to Piazza Municipio turn left towards Piazza Mercato at the second traffic circle of Piazzale Concordia where at the corner of Via Avesani and at number 6 you will find Hotel Nice.

By train
Hotel Nice is located only 600 meters from Venezia-Mestre train station. Take the underpass of the station and go in direction of Marghera. In Via Ulloa you can take any bus that goes towards Piazza Mercato. Here, at the roundabout of Piazzale Concordia and at the corner of via Francesco Avesani street number 6, you will find Hotel Nice.

By airplane
From Venice Marco Polo Airport: take bus number 15 and get off at the end of the line in Piazza Mercato. Walk along the road for about 60 meters until you get to via Francesco Avesani where at number 6 you will find Hotel Nice.
