A very good value proposition for italy in general and the Venice area in particular. Very spacious rooms and a welcome change after Rome. Restaurant was excellent and so was breakfast.

Convenient to low cost, short trip bus to Venice if you want to avoid trying to drive in Venice itself.

First Time we have stayed there. Picked it for it's location, although it was further from the train station than it looked on the map, but much cheaper than staying in Venice. Not much in the surrounding area - it looked a bit run down.

Great hotel to stay if you need to stay ourside centre of venice in order to access the train or airport. Very nice and reasonably priced restaurant and big spacious and airconditioned rooms.

The hotel was allright and good standard, but its astonished us, that a modernized house has no windows that keep out the noise of Corso del popolo, one of the maine traffic connections of Mestre.

Our overall stay was below average. The first room was very smokey smelling. The next room was satisfactory. Mestre is not a city to walk around in so you feel compelled to eat in their dining room. The dining staff seems very competent. The bathroom was hazardous. I pulled a towel down from the tub rack & several large, sharp pieces of broken tile & concrete fell almost hitting my son in the head. The bellboy was sent to clean up & he offered an apology. However, no one from management offered any apology or comment. The closet space is only half filled with a pre-built unit. This leaves a space on top & behind the closet for your bags to fall into. A ladder would be required to retrieve your bags if they fall in. No iron/ironing board was available. This was our first visit to Venice. I stayed here because it was convenient to the Autostrada & Venice but my next visit I will stay outside of Mestre!

Georgia at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We also thought access to Venice & the train station were excellent. Good restaurants nearby as well. Internet access needs work - no wireless available yet. All in all, we thought this was a good value for the money, and we enjoyed our stay there.
