Very well situated, a 5 minute walk to the Old Vence. Gardens and pool are very nice, as the hosts Laurence and Max. Breakfast in the gardens is plentyful, excellent coffee. Gardens area and pool are very nice. Just make sur to ask for a large room as we got what was probably the smallest, way too small for 2 adults/3 nites. We saw some of the others and they were much nicer. They also supplied us by e-mail, prior to our arrival, with interesting information to help plan our vacation. Really recommend it but make sure you get a larger room.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
You can take highway A8 till the Cagnes/Vence exit and then the CD 36 road till Vence, or choose the RN 7 till Cagnes sur Mer and then the CD 36. You can also follow the sea coast boulevard up to Cagnes sur Mer and then take the CD 36 road to Vence.

By train
The nearest train station is in Antibes, a 20 minute drive from Vence.

By airplane
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur, a 15 minute drive from Vence.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

City tax is not included in the price and costs €0,70 per person per day.
Parking is included in the price.

Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €13,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit amount : 1 night for a 1 to 3 days stay, 30% for stay over 3 nights. For 4 rooms or more : 100% 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is kept if cancellation less than 30 days before arrival. A 50% credit is allocated for an other stay in the year of cancellation, if we rent the concerned rooms. A cancellation occurring more than thirty days before arrival will be charged with a 12 % of the stay. If the stay is shortened, or in case of no show, the total amount is due.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
