The equipments were poor!
There was no slipper in the room and the floor was very dirty.
Also there are lots of one way road and road under construction.

Staff here were very pleasant, helpful and seemd interested. We were recognised and greeted after the first night which was good.
It must be recognised that the hotel is next to Utrecht Central Railway Station, our room faced the tracks, so one does hear trains most of the time. But it didn't interrupt our sleep to any great extent, insulation was acceptable.
We would stay here again.

Stay was just fine. Bit of noise from the hallway. Had to pay 17 euro for one day of internet. Situated close to main station and Jaarbeurs is very convenient.
