Hotel Brisas Trinidad del Mar is a high quality property located right opposite the wonderful Ancon beach, in Trinidad, Cuba, offering fantastic ocean views and a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.
The centre of Trinidad is located just a few minutes away by car, and is worth visiting its colonial town centre declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Guests will feel at home in the hotel's comfortable accommodations, and also will be able to take advantage of a variety of servies, such as a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, a wonderful green garden, several cosy lounge areas, a Jacuzzi bath, an entertainment room, a bar and a restaurant.

The furniture of the rooms and the bathrooms are dated,the lighting is poor, the hotel clearly needs a complete refurbishment. The staff is not motivated, the service at the restaurant is of appalling quality and worst of all the bar staff cannot even make decent cocktails! Regretable because the hotel has a potential but it is poorly exploited and the staff is in urgent need for professional training.

No refrigerator in the room (neighbor Hotel Ancon had! I stayed one night in the Hotel Ancon due to lack of avalability in Brisas del Mar, your homepage said) No courtesy mineral water in the room (neighbor Hotel Ancon had!) Complete incompetence and desinteress of the personel concerning public buses/timetable to downtown Trinidad. No flexibilty of the frontdesk-staff concerning temporarily removeing the disturbing plastic arm-band (allinclusive) for the evening. It is neither necessary nor mandatory that everybody can see that you stay in a allinclusive hotel. Too much security clowns standing around!!

Bathroom was nor clean and can not be, bath was damaged. Food is average less. Location is quite far from Trinidad taxi or rental car is mendatory. Anyway the overall is fine for this country and above average.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful location with lovely, well-tended gardens. It was a nice quiet oasis during our Cuban holiday.

Most of the employees are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also the gardens and the beach are very nice. In the hotel there were a lot of guests from Canada. For us the only negative thing had been the food. Prepared unlovingly, without any spaces.
