The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before de check-in date, there will be no cancellation fees. If the booking is cancelled later than 24 hours before the check-in date or the customer doesn´t show at the hotel, there will be one night charged to the credit card, as cancellation penalty.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
