The room was exactly as we specified (first floor, balcony, view, etc.) and had everything we needed. The heating worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were dlightfully friendly and helpful.
Two minor criticisms: despite a "No Smoking" sticker in the room, there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke; and the breakfast coffee was awful!
