    From M5 continue to follow signs to Torquay. On Newton Road, take a right at the traffic lights with the train station on your left. You will be on Avenue Rd. Continue for about 100 yards/90 meters and take a left onto Bamflyde Rd., then take the second left onto Bridge Road. The Acorn Lodge Hotel will be on your left.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    For group bookings of over 5 guests if cancellation is received within 7 days of the arrival date then a charge of 100% of the total value of the booking will apply. for individual bookings the cancellation period is 2 days. No show of failure to cancel within 2 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total value of the booking.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
