We had to request a room change. We couldn't even stand up in the first room and we're not tall people. Even the second room had no view.
Hotel was difficult to find. I thought it was expensive at 127.35 Euro or $174.66. Price didn't include breakfast. Front desk staff not especially helpful

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Toledo and, just as important, is easy to find when arriving by car as hotels near the centre of Spanish towns tend to be very hard to find. The rooms are not huge but are perfectly adequate and well appointed with good A/C. Helpful, friendly front desk staff speak good English. Breakfast is excellent.
Highly recommended and very good value.

Traveled in November. Booked into a double and was given a large suite at the same (modest) price. Room was impeccably clean and beautifully equipped. Staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Great location in the center of the old city. Loved it!

We had a good stay at San Juan de Los Reyes. In our initial room, the window in the slanted roof was leaking and the carpet was wet. When we pointed this out to the staff, they immediately changed our room and upgraded us to one with a jacuzzi bath for the same price.

Very well located, very convenient that the hotel has an underground garage and extremely helpful staff.
Breakfast was enjoyable but not included in the rate. The rate we booked at was significantly higher than the stated "average" rate, and quite high for Toledo at the time of year (early May).
At the right rate I would be happy to go back

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and found the facilities excellent except for the location of the room. It was on the ground floor with a large window right onto a side street but with no light curtain to restrict the view right into the room. As a consequence we were unable to open the heavy curtain to let daylight into the room for the whole of our stay. We reported this to the hotel so we hope they will change it, otherwise try to get a room not on the ground floor.

Toledo is an exciting city to visit and this hotel is right at the heart with good garage parking. Many people visit Toledo as a day trip from Madrid, but there is so much to see and the early morning and late evening have a special charm. I would like to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Toledo.

The room was located right next to the train station, and next to the bridge, but had no view of the bridge like the ad portrayed. But the rooms have recently been removed, with new baths - very nice, and A/C units. Alot of storage, 12ft ceilings, very small TV, small stair case, with 3 floors and 38 rooms. Definitly request the 2nd floor, as it would be a long haul up 3 flights with a lot of bagage.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. A great location - staff were extremely kind and helpful. THe rooms were lovely with skylights that opened to allow one to let in light, air, and adjust temperature. Bathtubs had jacuzzi jets. Highly recommended.

This is a gem in a perfect place to enjoy Toledo. The directions for arrival are not very clear but otherwise it was an excellent stay. Skip the breakfast which is an additional charge and, unless you like big American breakfast buffets, not worth the extra charge.
