We stayed one night at this hotel and the first problem was finding it. The city has no signage that relates to its location and we wasted 45 mins driving around. The building looks impressive and room views excellent, but reception was cool and unwelcoming. Are the staff poorly paid ? They seem disaffected and unfriendly. The room was clean, bed comfortable but basic and quite small. Breakfast was basic and expensive. Overall overpriced and poor value compared to other stays in Spain.

on arrival told carpark full. it wasn't & we parked.
at the desk met a hostile reception & made to feel most unwelcome.
we had not specified a non smoke room & found ourselves on the smoking floor. we did not dare ask for a change!
cannot recommend despite superb location

Have stayed here before. Returned. Facility somewhat dated and in need of redecor. That is happening. Price is excellent value.
This trip - SERIOUS problem
Terregona had a local fiesta Fri and Sat night.
We were scheduled 4 nights - Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat.
I ended up sleeping in the bathroom with door closed Fri night. The noise from the music was HORRIFIC. HORRIFIC. HORRIFIC. The worst night in a hotel I have EVER spent. Edward was ready to go the the airport at 6:00 AM when the noise finally stopped. IT WAS HORRIFIC. Basically had to stand in line to check out. The staff was very polite. They knew. Called our next hotel - to check in 1 night early. We couldn't get away fast enough.
Most HORRIFIC night I have EVER spent in a hotel. Layed on the bathroom floor with the door closed all night in order to get away from the noise.
HORRIFIC.
Other than that...the site is beautiful...Staff was fine. Redecor being done.
You'll need to close the hotel on the nights of the fiesta next year. This type of music attracts bad (drugs, drinking, etc) people.
With all due respect. Thank you for listening.

Second visit. Fabulous location with balconies overlooking the Med. Service seems to have improved since last time. Beds weren't overly comfortable and the rooms are a little dated but they were the only faults. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worst aspect of the hotel are the reception staff who are unfriendly, unhelpful and not particularly efficient.
However the hotel has a fantastic location with excellent views over the Roman ruins and the sea. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean but the 1980's decor is looking a bit tired now.

A well located hotel with good facilities and comfortable, if a little tired, rooms.
The view from the room, and balcony, was absolutely stunning looking over the ampetheatre out to sea. However, I suspect the rooms on the other side of the hotel are likely to have a less than satisfactory view!
