We had an extremely friendly welcome. So much so it was a bit un-nerving. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The only gripe was that they wanted to charge you for use of the hot-tub! I would have thought that these facilities would have been free.

We stayed there four nights in June 2005 and were delighted by the service provided. The staff was competent, friendly and helpful. When we enquired about a possible plane transfer to Hvar, the owners made all the arrangements in Supetar and Hvar and even drove us to the airport in their personal car. They suggested good restaurants in the neighbourhood. On our last night, the restaurant was open and we were served one of the best meals of the whole three week trip in Croatia. Villa Adriatica exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel.

This was quite expensive, but very nice. However the hotel does not accept credit cards, soplease make sure you have cash ready.

The welcome was superb and the management and staff very friendly. However, we felt misled as although staff were happy to serve drinks wherever we wished, the bar, cafe and restaurant were not opened until mid July. We went at the end of June. This should have been made clear in the web pages. We discovered towards the end of our stay that the hotel had no facility for cashing travellers's cheques. We were then told that despite the booking being secured through the website by credit card, there was no facility for us to settle our bill in this way. Assuming we would be settling by credit card, we had insufficient cash to pay the bill, which meant that we spent some time transferring funds between accounts in order to access more cash via an ATM.

The hotel is located close to Supetar port, where you easily can find a ferry connection to and from the city of Split.

By airplane
The closest airport is Bol, located just 20 km from the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
