I only stayed one night and was glad it wasn't for longer - cold shower, free wi-fi advertised as part of price but not available on the 3rd floor and hotel staff not receptive to complaint

As it turned out an EU meeting in town caused the hotel to be "overbooked" so our room was not available when we arrived. This was after I confirmed the reservation 3 weeks in advance. The staff was professional in arranging an alternate room at the Strasbourg Holiday Inn.
