They give us a double room with no window(?), we had to pay more for a double room with window, the one we reserved on the first place… we didn't like it at all, the location is good (behind central station) it's the only positive point

Hotels are expensive in Stockholm, so the price was reasonable, even considering that the hotel rooms are small. Smoke free hotel, what seems great for me, with a perfect location for executives mainly, but also for tourists as well - even better than it appeared to me when I chose them at the website. Staff showed to be able to solve small problems, promptly changing my room when I complained about noise coming from a construction nearby.
I stayed in a standard room, which has a window; moderate rooms does not (according to what they explained me in the reception desk)!
Nice diversified breakfast buffet.

The hotel is next to the Airport Express. Remember to find the exit for the hotel at the end of the platform. There is a lift (elevator) directed to the street level where the hotel is located. Also, there are some simple medicines provided during breakfast. 24-hour free coffee or tea is provided at the lobby. It is a good treat to the travellers!

My husband and me stayed in the hotel one night to see a bit of Stockholm on our way from Gothenburg home to Moscow. Although I had considered the booked room without windows (twin bed room) bearable for one night stay, that appeared very uncomfortable. The room was too small, and I felt a bit anxious due to the lack of space and, to some extent, air. The hotel location and service is very good, but if I would stay there another time, I would certainly take a more spacious room with windows.

The brunch was excellent - eggs, breads, cheeses, cereals, jams, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location can't be beat: right next door to the main bus station, and the high speed train from the Arlanda airport is right underground. I am very disappointed at how incredibly tiny the rooms were. I have traveled all over Europe and never encountered a room so diminutive. The pictures are rather misleading, I did not get the impression the rooms were so small. For one person it's fine, but for 2 people it is not. The 2nd bed folds down the wall, like a shelf. That said, the room is a value for Stockholm, as it is a very expensive city. I would stay here again if I was by myself; for 2 people I'll go elsewhere and pay more. It would be worth it.

Difficult to find the hotel, hopefully Swedish people in the streets are very kind and speak very well English !
Very small room, difficult to have less space, but if it is just to sleep !
Everything else is excellent (breakfast, welcoming, cleanliness, ...)

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights. Very small but cosy room. Good breakfast. Kind and attentive personnel. Reasonable prices. The most convenient thing is that the Arlanda Express (20 min to the Airport) leaves from the platform which is located next door to the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the shopping area and 20 minutes walk to the tourist area, Gamla Stan.

The hotel is in a great location. Except exact location was a little hard to find. The website is not joking when it said 'compact' rooms. No window! Kinda closed in. The beds were terrible! So uncomfortable! The great thing about this place is location and at least 8 hrs of wireless internet a day. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of variety. The coffee was very disappointing though. Overall, it was not too bad.

the hotel is in the centre and this is the only thing positive as well as kindness of the employees.unfortunatelly my double-room was very very very small, maybe it was for a person, but maybe and without a window, but are you joking?!absolutely a price too high for the quality.the garage isn't free, about 10 euros for night.by an italian boy.

The location is very good. Only 5 minutes from the train station and 15-20 minutes fron the old town.
I strongly suggest to share a room with your good friend or your girl/boy friend as the rooms are very small.
Price is not bad, considering that in Stockholm everything is very expensive

I had read the comments of other people on Venere.com and I expected already to stay in a small room. It is an experience, small but extrimely functioning, perfect for a stay of 2 nights on a discovery city trip! Great breakfast buffet in the cosy and design lounge-style restaurant. If you come by Ryanair bus arriving around midnight, this is a perfect location as the hotel is just around the corner of central station (in the station building) where the bus drops you off. Everything elese is at walking distance.

My own mistake, I booked a twin-room which did not suite my wishes at all, should have looked better at the photos. But we got a double room for an extra charge ok.
Bathroom, the lavoire "wash-basin" was in bad condition and terrible worn out, which I also told in the reception.
Friendly personell, good location.

This hotel offers the unusal room layout of a single bed with an extra bed hanging from the wall. Not at all a 'romantic weekend away' type of room. Venere has not made this clear but after my experience are trying to correct this shortfall.

The hotel is situated in the center of Stockholm. As written in the description you fell out of the bus/out of the airport train into the hotel. The excellent breakfast gave us a nevertheless a youthhostel feeling: take a tray, fetch your breakfast and afterwards please clean the table. Floors and rooms gave us the feeling of staying on a cruiser, especially the rooms: really, really small and -when you book room type "comfort moderate"- without a window! Nevertheless: the hotel is clean, the staff is really nice and friendly and it will be difficult to find a hotel more central with rooms with own bathrooms to those rates.

It was very difficult to take the train into the center of Amsterdam. We had to walk almost a mile to get there and when we did get there there was no one working who could help us. Also, the train tickets seemed to be VERY expensive. The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. We would stay at the hotel again, but only if we were not going into the center of Amsterdam. It was too far away.

The reasonable prize that was quoted for one doubleroom of medium standard was actually for a windowless room, which was not indicated on the hotell list of rooms. A disappointment. Fortunateley the personell managed to change the room to one with a window, and the agreed prize was kept. Very good.

The hotel is perfect for visitors to stockholm. After getting of the bus from the airport you have a 1min walk to the hotel (which is a godsend when heading back home).
The staff are great and the room was ample for us. We had a room without a window which might seem horrible but was suprisly ok. Due to it having a 'japanese light wall' and ample sized bed for two it's all you need after a day site-seeing. The bathroom small but well designed and the shower was alway hot and powerful. I could see how some people might not like this type of room but in my opinion you dont visit Stockholm to sit in your room all day.
The breakfast was ace with a huge spread of food from continetal to cooked breakfast and some day they even went as far as supplying vitamins!!
Overall a great hotel to stay that has a great location.

It is a cheap trick to call a single room with an extra bed for a "standard double" !!!
You should stop this immediately if you want to keep serious.
Perfect service from the staff that rebooked us to another hotel.

There was no detail about what is a "moderate standard" room. However, il seems important to me to be said : there is NO WINDOW in the bedroom ! It can be a big problem for clostrophobic persons and I am !!
