I would highly recommend stayng at Giongo. A great hotel at a reasonable price. Better maps are needed on the website, though, as Spotorna is a small town, with confusing streets, and the hotel cannot actually be driven to! It is on a limited pedestrian way, and one must park & drag suitcases to the site. My daughter & I arrived after dark, which made it much worse! Otherwise, a great little hotel, at a great price, very scenic town on the sea. Only other criticism was that the breakfast included was not served until 8:30 am - rather late to get a start on the day for us (we were driving to Firenze).

Very unhappy. When we arrived our reservation had changed from two doubles to a single room with three beds. This was for four unrelated people and the manager would not / could not make any changes or find another hotel in town.

By car
The complex is easily reachable from the highway A10: take the exit Spotorno< and follow the indications to Centro.

By train
The Spotorno railway station is about 300 meters from the complex.

By airplane
The Genova airport is about 60 km from the complex.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available from 1 p.m. It is necessary to arrive at the hotel not later than 8 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
