What a FAKE!!! You stay in the sheds out the back,not a castle. None of the picture's belong to this hotel. Staff are as friendly as a slap on the face!! 'Local' bus service is always full, Expect to pay €50+ for taxi's. This place almost ruined our holiday.

We found the hotel extremely difficult to find and rather far from the town of Sorrento. It was, however, very clean and pretty, if a bit lacking in character.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and left after the first one. We had to drive to the swimming pool, there was no restaurant, the bar offered a very limited sort of drinks, the staff can barely speak English. The water was cut off while I was having a shower, we had a broken chair in the balcony, the TV wasn't working, it was noisy, the views were awful, the towels resembled a tablecloth, etc... Not even for a free holiday we would go back to that hotel.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Naples - A3 highway - follow the signs to Penisola Sorrentina and drive along the SS145; once in Meta di Sorrento, you will see Santa Maria del Lauro church on your left. Continue along the main road, Corso Italia, for about 500 metres and by the crossroad turn left onto via Cavone. After the Trinità church turn right onto the SS163. Proceed until the second crossroad, then turn left and continue for a few metres. Turn left again and follow the road until reaching the hotel.

By train
The closest railway station is in Sorrento, which can be reached by the Circumvesuviana trains, leaving from Napoli Centrale station.

By airplane
The Napoli Capodichino international airport is around 70 km from the hotel.
