Una buona struttura, note negative solo per il parcheggio minuscolo e per la cucina non sempre all'altezza.buone le stanze.

The decoration of the room was actually better than I expected, when comparing to the pictures in the website. The hotel was clean, but it doesn't have anything special and the breakfast was very very poor. Although the hotel is cheap and the value or money is OK, I would expect a lot more for breakfast. In terms of location, it is a long way to the port where the ferry to Capri stops, so you'd better rely on public transport or on the expensive car parking at the port.

The bus connections to Sorento is excellent with buses every 20th minute priced at €1 pr. 60 minutes. There are also weekend tickets available at €3. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to Sorento. The hotel is generally good with a very good breakfast, but it is hard to buy anything in the bar at the poolside as it is only open for about 5 minutes a couple of times a day. My wife managed to buy an ice cream one day, but apart from that we found it impossible to buy anything.

We loved our stay here! The room was large with a balcony, a late night bar, a pool and both a hotel supplied bus service and a local bus which stopped outside the hotel which provided quick effecient and convienint transport to and from the city. The breakfasts were large and varied, the dinners were also large but not nearly as good as what was available in town (and the busses made it easy to get there and back). I would stay here again. The service was excellent and friendly - and the desk clerks have a sense of humour, which is always appreciated.

About 15-20 minutes walk out of the centre of the town, but buses are every 20 mins (linea A). Rooms were large and clean, however walls are thin and you can here the people either side of you. The web site said there was a pool, however it was empty when we were there (March/April) which was a disapointment.

A terrible hotel. Staff were on the whole unpleasant. The information they gave was also incorrect (we took a bus on their information that a taxi would have taken 2 hours - taxi driver told us 45 mins). Our room was next to the lift that kept us awake most nights. The shower was filthy. The air-conditioning did not work at any time of day or night. We reported this when we arrived and were told it was switched on at 1500h. Didn't work then either. Certainly not worth is 4* rating. We've stayed in a lot of hotels across Italy, of variable (usually lower) rating. This was certainly the worst.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was foolish not to take too much notice of the reviews already on the website saying how bad this hotel is. The room at this hotel was so bad that we did not stay for the full term of the booking - it was a chapter of accidents from the very beginning. Our arrival was greeted by unhelpful staff. We asked for a sea view and double bed - which in reality was two single beds pushed together with an uncomfortable ridge down the middle. The sea view could only be had by standing on the top of the building looking over the tops of trees. The balcony opened out onto a main road which was extremely noisy at all times of the day and evening. Our air conditioning did not work for two days and the room was stifling with the windows closed to keep out the noise. When we asked for the fault to be rectified we were greeted by a shrug of the shoulders, as though the staff did not give a damn. The traffic noise was the least of our worries - the noise from the rooms either side of ours was appalling. The walls were so thin that everything could be heard - the sound of the tv was deafening from one room and we could hear every element of next doors' conversations, including their coughing, sneezing and snoring. Not an ideal environment for peace and quiet. The rooms were clean initially, but the cleaners did no more than make up the beds, consequently the tiled floor was filthy by the end of the stay and the bathroom was full of ants, crawling over everything. After a storm one night, there wasn't even any hot water available until we returned to the hotel in the evening. The food was diabolical and if you went down for breakfast after 8am, most of the serving plates were empty with nothing being replenished and I won't even mention the coffee. The location of the hotel would only suit the suicidal. It is, as previously mentioned located on a very busy bend on a main road which is highly unsuitable for walking unless you a

We were also very disappointed by the Atlantic palace - first at the room and exspecially the bathrooms was very dirty - we found hairs in all colors on the floor - the smell of the room was not good - the only positive thing was that the room was not too small - Breakfast was exceptable, although the coffee tasted horrible - this is a thing that happens not very often in Italy. The staff was of course friendly - but we could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We probably got the worst room of the hotel from the first floor just across the lifts. Traffic to swimming pool on the other side and local mainroad on the other created quite level of noise. Hotel was full of Thompson´s guests. Breakfast was better than average but comparing price and quality we would not pick the same hotel again. Faraway from 4-star rating.

The hotel was very good and offered all services we required. Although not far from the town (approx 15 minutes uphill) the hotel was situated on a road which in some cases did not have pavements. Transport by local bus to and from the main town was good.

I was real disappointed by the Atlantic Palace. It was clearly not worthy of 3 or 4 stars- and besides a nice lobby was really only the equivalent of 1 star hotel. The location is outside of town and a good 15-20 minute walk downhill to get into town. We were told this in advance and the map indicates the location properly. We had specifically picked something outside of town so it would be quieter and we planned to walk everywhere, but the road is a little dangerous with no sidewalks and walking at night or during commuter hours isn't the safest. There is a bus that runs every 20 minutes and all day passes available at the train station. The hotel itself has a very bland appearance from the outside, but a nice lobby. The restaurant was always busy and a nice bar was also open each night. However, this is where the compliments end. Our room was dirty... not the bed and sheets, but the floor hadn't been mopped in a long time. It didn't even look like it had been swept. The stainless hardware in the bathroom hand't been touched in a long time, the shower itself needed some cleaning. Some other things that were annoying: - no remote control for the t.v.- had to call the front desk to get one delivered. - not all the lights in the room worked. I took out one bulb and left it on the dresser for the maid... she took the bulb and that was all- never bothered to check where it came from or if all the lights worked. - the staff starts making a lot of noise at 7:30 a.m.- there is no sleeping later than 8 at this hotel. - they don't have a mini-bar in the room, yet still found a way to charge me for bottled water I'd taken... still trying to solve this mystery. - they don't provide any information on the hotel or town. - they don't have any internet access at the hotel. I am perhaps unfairly holding this hotel to higher standards as many of these things were never advertised, but to be considered a 3 or 4 star hotel I assume a certain l

Alot of building work was still going on, which wasn`t mentioned on website. Also, the hotel map disguises how far away it is.

This is a modern soulless hotel at the side of a busy road. It is located 10/15 mins by car from the centre of Sorrento (taxi fare €15.00) The room was reasonable but not great. The bathroom was poor. The shower curtain was dirty, the bathroom needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Poolside was small with not enough sunbeds; it is a british package holiday hotel through and through. Never again!!

All the staff there were most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel positioned about 15 min walk from main town but provided courtesy bus. Definetely recommend. My only criticism was the air conditioning was noisy during one night.

Typical holiday hotel. Only problem is that it is a 15 minute walk to Sorrento up a windy road with no footpath. Very dangerous. However the hotel has a courtesy bus and there is a local bus every 20 minutes.
