I was a single traveller from Japan, I had a reservation for 3 nights, but I couldn' t stay this hotel first night,maybe double booking.
Especially house keeper are so bad, so lazy for own job. They didn't clean up my room one day and they forgot to leave papers in a bath room twice during 2 nights!! In addition,it took too much time to get new towels. The hotel decide to check in 12 o'clock, but I can't enter the room. They have 4 stars, but it should be demote. The employyees don't have a motivation and skills. But dinner in the hotel was delicious and waiters (serve at dinner) are good and wellcoming.

The Hotel was as we expected very clean etc. During my stay i fell ill with broncitis, the hotel rang a doctor who turned up about 20 minutes later and he also called back the next day excellent.the hotel was very helpful in ringing the airline to see if we could perhaps get an earlier flight home also they faxed copies of our flight tickets, as i couldn't get to breakfast they helped my wife with arranging a tray to take to our room.
