Very good value for money, (approx £18 per night for a double room & breakfast)excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast, very convenient location to explore both Sliema and the rest of the island.
If you don't mind not having the fluffiest towels in the bathroom, or the decor being not quite pristine, or are travelling on a budget this is a good option. Would stay here again.

Hotel Plevna is in a great location in Sliema, Malta. It is only a 5 minute walk from the Bus Terminus and the ferryboat over to Valetta. The Beach Club area (which had just closed for the season) was in pretty poor condition and could definitely use a re-model. Hotel Breakfast buffet was generous. In addition, the one dinner buffet I had was excellent. Overall, I would recommend the Plevna and stay there again

Extraordinary quality for price, nice room and good breakfast.
Excellent location in Sliema, just 2 minutes walk from promenade, buses and ferries to everywhere. Lots of restaurants, fast foods, bars and shopping around. Perfect location for independent travellers, but also for groups.
Quiet location in a lively but not loud part of Malta.
