    On the internet they said there was telephone and internet available in the hotelroom. that was not the case. strangely enough there was a telephone on the bedside table, but no connection. There were ants in the hotelroom and in the toilet.

    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By airplane
    Skiathos island has its own airport which caters to International charter flights as well as local flights. From May through October there are regular charter flights from most major cities in Europe. Alternatively, fly to Athens and then take a local Olympic flight to Skiathos. Flight time from Athens is approximately fifty minutes.
    Upon arrival on Skiathos island, getting to the hotel is very easy and inexpensive. The hotel lies only 1.7 km away from the airport and there are always plenty of taxis at the airport entrance.

    By boat
    The nearest major town on the mainland is Volos, halfway between Athens and Thessaloniki, which is about three hours away by ferry or one and a half hours by hydrofoil. Athens is approximately four hours away by hydrofoil & bus, or six hours if you have your own car and take the ferry. Hydrofoils and ferries go to Aghios Konstantinos, on the mainland, half way between Athens and Volos. There are also good connections from Thessaloniki in the summer months.
    Upon arrival on Skiathos island getting to the hotel is very easy and inexpensive. The hotel is only 200 metres away and the main taxi station is in front of the harbour.

    Taxi service to and from the airport is available upon request and subject to charges.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Cancellations 9-5 days before arrival date will be charged 40% of the total amount and for less than 5 days before the arrival date or non show with 100% of the total amount. For cancellations of 10 days and over before the arrival date there will not be any charge.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 10 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
