Fantastic for the price. The only thing that bopthered was the Bathroom, we had a problem with the shower sink and almost filled the room with water, but I think that happens in the best families.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, and their service was excellent. However we were very disappointed in the behaviour of the director and his wife and we felt unwelcome. eg 2 requests we made to them were completely ignored (shower not working correctly and the safety deposit box did not work) Also without being asked our table in the dining room was moved 3 times in the space of 7 days. The menu was very limited with no imagination. The setting was excellant, peaceful, the pool newly installed was very good. Our suggestion to the director and his wife is to try harder to make their guests feel welcome

The main problem for us was that the hotel turned off the AC from midnight to noon. During the night it became quite warm in the room (this was in beginning of August).

Lage ist optimal, Service vor allem in dem relativ grossen Restaurant schlecht. Bei dem Frühstücksbüffet ist : E finitto Signora! ein gängigen Satz. Zimmer mit Seeblick sind reltiv gross und freundlich. Personal nicht freundlich, keine Fremdsprachen.

Two problems. We extanded our stay by one day, before the original arrival and asked for a confirmation. We didn't receive anything, so going there was a bit tricky. The knowledge of the employees about the surroundings was very poor (They didn't know were the beach was!!). We had to pay an extra € 5 voor airconditioning and it only worked from 12.00 till 00.00 hours. Outside it was almost 40 degrees Celcius!!

The hotel is situated close to the tip of the wonderful Sirmione peninsula, beyond the old city. Air conditioning is at an additional cost of 5 euro/day, a detail that was not advertised. The setting is very quiet. Good breakfast (included) and dinner (17.5 Euro) The room was clean and nice. The reception was welcoming. Good deal.
