Welcoming staff is proud of their area and will show you many things to do in the region. Lovely old town of Sirmione was more than worth the full day we had to spend there. Probably our favorite small town on this visit. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Casa Rosa was a very good surprise in such a touristic area, even in rainy weather. The family holding the hotel has been very welcoming and dinner in a close restaurant they advised us, excellent. We stayed only one night and regretted not to stay longer. We really recommend this hotel.

The staff at Villa Rosa could not have been more helpful. For the price a fantastic place to stay with a 10 min walk to the Castle in Sirmione. We certainly will be back.

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Rosa very recently and found everything far beyond our expectations. This family run hotel is excellent in every respect and we would certainly return there again. The family are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The nearby trattoria Al Porticciolo was particularly good.

an excellent family run hotel. everyone is incredibly helpful from the free bike hire (on decent bikes) to them obtaining a travel adaptor for me. buffet breakfast was good. draw backs: No swimming pool, and rooms at front overlooking main road slighlty noisy at night. But as there is an AC, windows can be closed. overall: a very nice clean hotel. We would recommend it.

The competence of employees and the quality of services provided, higher than the class of the hotel. The hotel offers private parking and a nice continental breakfast. In the neighbourhood there are a lot of restaurants and fast food.

villa rosa was great valu and very well run,the only thing i would comment for other people would be the distance from old town,we got a bus down in evening but coming back ther was no buses,we waited for taxi and rang taxi no.but none came, its a 30min walk back, the other comment would be,that you have to be back in hotel b4 1.30am,because they lock up,however we had a very pleasant stay here and room was great,

Breakfast was fine, sufficient and what we expected. The double room with balcony and view was more than could be expected for the price. Free parking was a bonus. We had real value for money in an excellently run family hotel.

Nice hotel completely renewed and refurnished. Air conditioned in rooms, very clean. The hotel is a little far from the old city center (25 min.) but it is a good walk to do fro the ones who likes that. Nice restaurants around the hotels.

This was our first visit to Sirmione and Lake Garda. What a fabulous part of the world. The hotel Villa Rosa was spotless and in very good order. It is in a great location just a across the road from the lakeside. The staff at the Villa Rosa were absolutely brilliant. All the family were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They really did put themselves out to ensure we had a fantastic time. It was like staying with old friends and my wife Eileen and myself would like to thank them for looking after us and making our stay at the Villa Rosa something we will not forget.

A small family run hotel .5 miles from Sirmione.Free bicycles to get to the entry gates of the town with a lock to leave them at no charge. Fun and convienient. Extremely friendly, considerate and helpful family who do everything to make your stay outstanding. Our room and bathroom were spotless, confortable and quiet. Breakfast- very good buffet. The Portechello restaurant across the street recommended by the hotel was terrific, and the Michelin recommended restaurant, Antica, 50 yards away was outstanding. Summary: outstanding at a bargain price for this area.We would happily return.

We were so glad that we choose this hotel as the stay was better than expected. We loved the town and the family run Villa Rosa was a special treat. They were very helpful with information and extremely cordial in every respect. The location was perfect as we were using the train and bus system. We hope to return there in the future.

Good location close to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the old town of Sirmione. Sirmione is a beautiful castle town perfectly located in the south end of Garda but restaurants and shops are not very interesting. Being in the south end has however the benefit that you drive to Milan or Venize in 1.5 hours. The Hotel is newly renovated and very nice. The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful with guidance. Tip: Ask for information about Canyoning. The area has some fantastic canyons with natural water slides and high jumps.

We started our tour of Northern Italy here, and what a lovely place to begin. This family run hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy all of Lake Garda, the staff were very helpful, speaking English perfectly. Thank you all for making our stay perfect.
