Hotel was fine. We booked a 4 persons room for 140 euro. The only thing that we did not know was that it had only 1 double bed. The beds for the remaining 2 persons (adults) were folded out out the wall and turned out to be bunk beds. So we had to sleep on top of each other instead of beside eachother. That is why I gave some 5 grades. Otherwise everything was fine with a big breakfast buffet.

Clean family run hotel. Staff very friendly although not much said as I spoke little Italian and they little English.
Fairly basic rooms but spotless.
Quiet area although plumbing was very noisy during the night - tank filling above our room seem to be set off every time someone used a bathroom. Views of lake from back rooms balconies. Pool small but fine. Breakfast was good - even good a good cup of tea and toast. Overall would recommend this hotel.

We only had a short stay (3 nights) for a winter break (Feb) but will hopefully be back in the summer months as the children want to try the pool... Hotel Alsazia is ideally situated at the bottom of Lake Garda and just a quick taxi ride to the old town of Sirmione which is well worth a visit. I would highly recommend this warm friendly hotel, owned and run by really nice people, (that have a really nice dog called Baby!!) to all couples and families looking for a very smart, scrupulously clean and relaxing place to stay in Italy.

Pretty nice hotel, especially the public areas. The noise insulation of the hotel is terrible, you can feel just like 80 people sleeping together in one big room. The breakfast was very poor. The employees were very kind and helpful. Altogether it would be a quite nice hotel if the breakfast selection and quantity would be much better, and hotel builders didn't forget to put noise insulation onto walls.

Friendly family run hotel however the staff had very little English. Overall the hotel was very nice with a modest but very nice pool, hotel restaurant was excellent for all meals if you choose to eat there. One criticism - although air conditioning was mentioned on the web page no mention is made to the fact that there is a 10 euro charge per day! Also teh hotel is a bit outside Sirimione but with buses going every 10 minutes this should not be a problem. The hotel was quite expensive compared to others on our travels.
