Walk next to the river at the end of the day, it´s the best. Good comunicating with Santa Justa Station. The bus you must to use its line C3. It stops in front of the hotel. I recommend requesting a brush for the water closet ( there wasn´t )

My 8-years-old kid and I enjoyed our stay a lot. We visited the nearby Isla Magica park and of course the city centre, which is not close on foot but only 5-10 minutes by taxi, which is non expensice and easily available at the hotel entrance. The hotel is smart, impressive and exotic, and the pool on the roof is comfortable and panoramic, though not very large. After a day visit to the old town at 40 degrees, I raccomend the use of the pool to families with children an to evrybody!It is essential. The hotel rooms are very large, elegant and quiet.The Macarena area, where one can visit several churches, is desert on week-ends (shops,cafès all closed)but very lively on week-days

one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately this was not open in late May when we stayed there. Had we known this beforehand we would have booked a hotel nearer the city centre. It is still in a good position if you like walking as it is just outside the old city walls.

I have been in many hotels around the world. Sometimes one could overlook certain deficiencies of hotels or facilities , but one thing that you could not forget is how rude the people working the front desk were during my dealings with them. I imagine they see too many tourist and forget their only job to be friendly and polite .The rest is Ok the hotel is centrally located.Parking is difficult unless you pay for it at the hotel. Meals and facilities were good.The hotel is noisy.

The hotel staff is nice. I stay one day there with a discount price. However, the price fluctuates highly and I got triple price offer next day and fully booked the day after. So, I can stay there one day only and require to change to another hotel.

We only stayed for one night but the hotel was good although the receptionists seemed a bit over tired.

Overall the hotel has a corporate feel, however there is a big pool on the roof, so when we were there (end of August) is was perfect for falling into after a couple of hours walking round Seville in the baking (37C+) sun. We didn't eat in the hotel, preferring to use local cafe bars and restaurants. The hotel is a bit of a long walk from the main sites, but we took a taxi from the near the Cathedral for EUR4, so it is cheap to get around.

Impiegati non molto cortesi, parlavano esclusivamente spagnolo. Hotel piuttosto bello, decisamente grande con piscina sul tetto. Non vicinissimo al centro (tragitto in autobus di 20 minuti)
