We travel a lot and are supposed to be able to compare comfort and quality. Despite being in the very heart of Sevilla this is an extremely quiet hotel, located litteraly 50 meters from the main tapas bars, good restaurants, and more importantly right at the Alcazar and Cathedral but away from the tourist buzz. We can only but warmly recommend this hotel, which we found very adequate for people visiting Sevilla for a short city-trip. We were lucky NOT to have a car as the street to the hotel is extremely narrow but they have garage parking. We would recommend the hotel to change the breakfast buffet setting which is too close to the kitchen door and makes acces to the buffet a bit cram at busy hours. Otherwise no complaints and we will definitely go back there because its a nice experience.

Great hotel, very cool and fashionable but at the same time respectful of the "Sevillan" atmosphere. Very good location, close to nearly everything (including the brand new tramway) but nonetheless quiet (apart from doors smashing sometimes). Staff friendly and competent, foreign languages being sometimes a problem. The only really negative mark was the room window facing on a technical space.

my friends found a cockroach in their room and when we left the hotel nobody ask them sorry for the problem, except the men who was at reception in the night in which we found the animal.
it is not a good thing for a 4 star hotel.

L'HOTEL E' SITUATO IN OTTIMA POSIZIONE CENTRALE ED IL PERSONALE ALLA RECEPTION E' DISPONIBILE. PURTROPPO LA PULIZIA DELLA CAMERA NON E' STATA MOLTO SODDISFACENTE. INOLTRE LA MATTINA VICINO ALL'ALBERGO C'ERANO DEI LAVORI CHE NON CI HANNO PERMESSO DI RIPOSARE FINO ALL'ORA DESIDERATA.

Stayed in the high-tech hotel in Madrid - the same chain. Very modern and nice design, free internet, spacious, clean and nicely decorated room, air-conditioning is so-o nice during siesta on a hot August day! Located in the very center, building is recently renovated. Loved it, will stay again!

The staff was very courteous and accomodating. We had a minor medical emergency that required the use of our room after we had checked out, so they asisted us with the use of another instead, at no charge.
Breakfast was ok but not a good value for your money.
Hotel was difficult to find. Although it has parking adjacent to the property we had to park in a public parking nearby and take a taxi to the hotel, at a cost similar to the hotel's parking rate. We recommend that you do this as your car may not be able to negotiate the small streets.

This was our first trip to Seville for myself, wife and daughter. We found the Hotel Petit Palace to be an excellent choice. Very central and spotless. The only drawback on the trip up from Nerja was finding the hotel in a very busy but beautiful city. I will go back and I will stay at the Petit Palace again.

Excellent location; newly renovated hotel. Cheap quality of furniture. Dining room is literallu in the hallway, no ambience, no relaxation NO service at all. Poor and cheap breakfast for too many $$. Staff speaks poor English and is not service oriented. No justification to 4 **** nor cost.

The hotel is in an excellent quiet location no more than 5 minutes walk to the cathedral. Being recently totally refurbished the atmoshere is very chromium plated clinical and a bit souless. There was no bar and although we didn't have breakfast the price quoted of E12(£8.50)is steep when there are so many cafe bars in the vicinity. We didn't like the fact that the door into the bathroom was glass so there was really no privacy when in use. If we went again we would probably use the Europa 40 metres down the road.

This is a real find. Great location in the middle of the city, close to just about everything. Hotel breakfast was a bit expensive at E11, but there are plenty of other places nearby. Really helpful staff too.

An excellent location close to all the main sights. Standard of cleanliness extremely good. Breakfast seemed expensive so we did not partake of this preferring to go to the cafe round the corner. Generally a very good hotel.

The hotel is very difficult to find despite being just 2 minutes from the cathedral. It is in a very narrow one way street and, unlike many of the other hotels in central Seville, does not benefit from any signposting, so if you are arriving by car be warned! The staff are willing and helpful but there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel and it therefore is really no more than a place to sleep. In common with most hotels in Spain there are no coffee facilities in the room and the only hot drinks were available at breakfast where the overall choice and quality were no more than adequate. The big plus for the Petit Place is that it is very easy to cover the whole of central Seville on foot from its front door!

This is a fantastic find, which is even better than it appears in the photos online. We were a group of four adults sharing a family room, which was excellent value for money and did not feel cramped. The bathrooms are better than they appear on the pictures, because the shower comes at you from three different directions. The lobby area is not shown, but is stunning, being a converted courtyard with a glass roof, retracting blinds and cool modern furniture and lighting. Location-wise, you're a five minute stroll away from the cathedral and the picturesque lanes dotted with cafes and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended this hotel to others.
