Nice and new hotel (quite small). Very big room, huge bed. Free internet available with cable (which is always what I am looking for). A bit too expensive for Spanish standards and for not being exactly next to the centre (15 minutes walk). Breakfast well UNDER European standards (tea/coffe and 2 toasts... that's all)... you better have breakfast somewhere else for the same price. Anyway, positive feedback

Inside the hotel has been recently refurbished - done nicely in a modern style. Our double room was a little small but this is not unusual for 3 star European hotels. Handy location for walking the city - no more than 10 minutes to most attractions. The underground parking available is handy but beware if you have anything bigger than a tiny car as access is very tight. Staff knowledge of English was limited but sufficent for normal enquiries.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the inroom safe, which the staff were unable to fix, but they certainly tried everything possible and their attitude was fabulous. The problem then trickled through to the room keys, but again the staff were great. I think the hotel must have been newly renovated and the new systems still have some teething problems. The hotel was a bit noisy - any conversation in the lobby reverberated around the entire courtyard. I would recomend this place.
