Hotel Marián is located in the city centre of Seville, very close to important sights such as the Cathedral, the Giralda Tower Bell and the Santa Cruz quarter.
The building was designed by architect Anibal Gonzalez, whose most famous work is Plaza de España Square. The hotel rooms are arranged around three inner patios preserving the details of Gonzalez's work, but the Marián hotel offers modern comfort and great facilities.
A friendly and professional hotel staff will provide any sort of information about Seville and its surroundings.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, centralissimo a piedi vai dovunque !!!

Nice quiet hotel on a side street within easy walking distance to central Seville. Very pleasant courtyard area.

We had a very hard time communicating they spoke no English. There was construction so it was hard to get in and out of the hotel area. It was about a 15 minute walk to most of the sights. We loved the city so the hotel was satisfactory. Hotel had several very nice courtyards to relax in.

dirty hotel in dirty street, very noisy rooms, very old and decrepite settings, extremely poor and dubious facilities

Excellent choice, people at the front desk were very helpfull, rooms and public areas very clean, it's worth the price, maybe the only weekness is the breakfast. In the same street, just about to blocks to the left you'll find "El Ronconcillo" an andaluz pub opened sience 1670, the oldest I've known, walking in the City is easy if you are staying in this hotel, it's near to all attractions.

Lovely hotel, good location. Within easy walking distance of all the sights. Friendly staff. We had a twin room on ground floor beside internal courtyard, perfect. A kettle in the room would have been nice to make a cup of tea. There were a lot of road works in the area during our stay but because of the location of our room we could not hear any of the noise. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, but families with small children might not find it suitable for them.

Not as close to the areas in the center that it mentioned. Very quiet area. Nice rooms. Breakfast only consists of sliced bread and coffee.

From the train station, we had no trouble finding the hotel (an inexpensive taxi or bus ride). Clear signs. It's in a great location, a few blocks from the main shopping area and a nice 10-minute walk from the Catedral and Barrio Santa Cruz. The indoor patio was a definite plus. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fun stay at the Marian, rooms are nothing special but clean and comfortable enough. The whole atomsphere of the staff and place was laid back & friendly, so long as you didn't want anything when the football was on! They make a mean coffee, so it is worth perservering. The neighbourhood is very local and not at all touristy. Plenty of restaurants & bars to choose from. Good 15 minute walk to the historic centre if you don't get lost in the winding streets after a few wines!

Nobody speaks other language than spanish. Breakfast is like a joke - a slice of toasted bread with a teaspoon of marmelade and a coffe.

No welcome by staff. Hotel public area very dark. Bar area sparse, dark, unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

Good value for the money, though the breakfast was a bit miserly (just 1 slice of toast, maybe we could have had more if we asked, but it wasn't offered). Staff were efficient if not particularly friendly. We did discover a fantastic local bar a few yards away (we should have noted the name, but didn't: turn right outside the hotel, bar is in the little square a short distance down the street on the left). It's a small local bar, we were the only tourists. On Wednesday nights from about 11pm they have flamenco sessions (free), a really great flamenco singer and a guitarist. We were returning from the flamenco performence in the Casa Memoria, where the singer wasn't even in the same league. Worth staying in the Marian just to have discovered this place.

The rooms were quiet but unfortunately a very tired family with a very tired and very noisy little boy checked in very late at night and we could here him wailing for quite some time. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Cathedral and not hard to navigate after the first time. Overall a very nice place

Parking was offered on website, but this was in a public underground car park some distance away, not on site. This caused some problems as my partner is disabled. Hotel was reasonably close to tourist sights, and staff very helpful re taxis etc.

Hotel Marian was exactly what it said on the tin - clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and an easy walk to the sights of the old town and the tapas bars of La Macerena. I would use it again.

It was a beautiful place, very comfortable and fairly close to all that we wanted to see and do. It has great public areas, including a nice rooftop sitting area. I would recommend it.

We spent the first two days of our vacation in Andalucía at the Marian in Sevilla to sleep, wait for our bags and choose a hotel for the last week. We chose to continue at the Marian. It is not hard to find by 32 bus. Just get off at San Pedro (iglesia and plaza) and continue up the same street. Very quickly you will see a Marian sign pointing right and c/ Alhondiga clearly labeled on the right. DO NOT GO to plaza Los Teceros. The Andalusía tourist map of Sevilla shows it at San Pedro -- totally wrong. Los Teceros is back a few narrow streets and has some fairly active tapas bars. The free restaurent-hotel map shows it correctly. By the way, you get bus 32 at the on-street bus stop in front of the large parking lot in front of Sta Justia.

The photos definitely overstated the hotel. The roof top terrace was dirty and ill kept. The lobby area was very dark and the desk staff spoke very limited English. It was a good 15-20 min. walk to the Cathedral area and a good map was necessary to navigate the back streets to get there. The rooms were adequate but for a comparable price my hotels in Madrid and Granada were far better.

The staff was very good and the rooms where very clean and confortable! The air conditioner does not have a thermostat to control the temperature and is very noisy, but everything else was good. We needed to leave one day earlier and they refused to refund the payment for one day. Nevertheless I will recomend it to travelers..

The room was fairly shabby plus the window looked onto an indoor courtyard, so it was also dark. And give the breakfast a miss - two pieces of toast with jam and a very small coffee for the handsome sum of three euros.

J'ai passe des vacances merveilleuses in Seville. Danke sehr, thank you, muchas gracias!!

Hotel was lovely - lots of Sevillian character and our room was set around a shady courtyard. Staff were very nice, Maria in particular took time to be friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for exploring the city by day and eating out at night. We'd definitely stay here again - cafe con leche in the bar was vicious though!!!

The shower was broken and flooded the room. The staff blamed us, saying we did not use the shower curtain properly--this was ridiculous. Also, the room was full of aggressive mosquitoes when we arrived. Further, the location is not good. Is it not close to Seville's best area, Santa Cruz. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great location and very charming hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A very reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Despite comments about the difficulty in finding this hotel, we had no trouble at all (with the help of a decent map), and managed the walk from the bus station to the hotel with no trouble.

I'd say the overall stay was ok....The only disappointing thing was that the breakfast wasn't included....it's a bit odd when you get to pay 75€ for a night....Would I come back to that hotel? well, I might think twice.....

L'albergo è molto grazioso e confortevole.

The room and single window opened onto covered inner courts. It was creepy going through the dark area, and we had no indication of what kind of weather the day offered until we got out of the building. The young lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous, offering sensible answers to our questions.

From the map is very difficult to find it, my advice: for don't renounce to stay in this wonderful hotel, from the airport take the bus for " ESTACIO SANTA JUSTA " and then the bus number 32 for " PLAZA LOS TERCEROS " the street's hotel is near from there. Nice stay in Sevilla.

Large clean room. The people were helpful - a few didn't speak much English but we managed. I would skip the breakfast - we had it once. It was a little difficult to find due to the twisty streets that don't always connect where you think they're going to.
