Consigliato

Rooms clean and very quiet. Very confortable bathrooms. Some of the employees are not English-speaken. Good position in the centre of Sevilla, near to the major monuments and to the Avenida de Hercules.
I think that it's an hotel recommended for couples.

I had to arrive to Sevilla one day before, So I tried to change my reserveton in order to arrive before, I call to the hotel and they asked me to do this by internet in booking.com.
The price in Booking.com was 110 euro and rhe price that venere gave me was 160 euro.
My question is, Can you improve the rates?

Good location. A 5 minute walk to everywhere and quieter than living in the heart of touristy Barrio Santa Cruz. But hotel itself is old and rooms are dull and dumpy (albeit clean). No wireless access in the rooms which was an inconvenience. Better accommodations with more Andalusian character could be found elsewhere in Sevilla for the same price.

A charming hotel, which has made full use of the available space within its beautiful historic buildings - perhaps too much so?
Unlike previous reporters, our room was a tad small and had a window looking out to the corridor. Not a problem per se (we were on the first floor at the end of the corridor) but while sitting in one of the cool courtyards it was possible to look into ground-floor rooms. However, you could also say how good (and accessible) to step from a ground floor room into an Andalusian courtyard!
The bathroom was well-equipped and pleasant.
The bar service was particularly attentive & charming - slightly surprised that it stopped at 22:45hrs, though. Buffet breakfast was fine.

The hotel was fine, the rooms were clean and the service good. But for these prices the rooms were very small. The breakfast was extraordinary expensive (16€pp). And the surroundings were not very interesting (no points of intrest, few restaurants etc). Overall rather low price/quality rate.

Nice place. Expensive to those of us living in a dollar-based world, but all in all a very nice stay. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location of the hotel was quite convenient to Sevilla's old center. Quiet and safe neighborhood. WiFi available if you go down to the second lobby. Do note that breakfast, while nice, is especially expensive, and that there are plenty of bars & cafes nearby where you can get an OK breakfast for a fraction of the price.

excellent location, walking distance to the city centre and train station; atmospheric interior courtyard; everything fine except bed was uncomfortable for my bad back, we got twin beds when we thought we would get double bed from the reservation, and we expected bike hire from the description

This hotel was excellent.
Good spacious bathroom, large room with easy to operate room safe.
The staff were extremely helpful and voluntered to do things without being asked.
The inner courtyards were extremely well presented.

This is an excellent value for money hotel. Located in the city centre and with close walking distance to all tourist attractions which can be visited. Staff is welcoming and helpful room is big, clean and fresh.

Surprisingly excellent venue in fairly back-street location - though just a few minutes walk to the shopping centre.
Only complaint was that the room door did not prevent noises from guests within the building.
A curtain to muffle the sound would be beneficial. Would certainly use again.

Good hotel for the price. Hard to find but close to all tourist attractions. Staff generally excellent - one "forgot" to supply additional pillows despite being asked twice. Very noisy hotel guest one morning at approx 3am. Sounded like a teacher with a group of pupils who were possibly checking in. The students were quiet but the teacher was extremely loud until checked. Thereafter, no problem. Generally clean facilities with friendly staff

first time in Seville. Htl location very good. Unfortunately the triple room availabel was at the top of the building in the terrace near to the heating equipment, with much noisy during the night. Personnel at the reception not so more friendly. Difficult to reach by car and no parking availability for a car with 2.00 meters high.
Suitable and very close to the centre.
Summarizing good.

Molto comodi i materassi.

This was the least expensive hotel we stayed in during our trip to Spain. It was definitely a three-star hotel, but it was nice to have a relief on the pocket book. The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location and short walk to the city center. It also has beautiful courtyards. We had several issues - TV did not work, wake up call not received, but the front desk staff were accomodating. I recommend the hotel if you are looking for a good value and relatively inexpensive room.

Basically :
- the hotel is fine and appropriately located for a pedestrian discovery of Sevilla by people who enjoy some walking ;
- but the price (250 €/night without breakfast) is far too high given :
* the limited size of the room (motel-like style, without a corridor or a lobby) ;
* the limited size of the bathroom ;
* toilets not separated from the bathroom ;
* unavailability of a 2-persons bed (only twins) ;
* somewhat noisy patio, echoing in rooms ;
* not an absolutely down-town location, which might otherwise have explained the price ;

The room was very small compared to the Best Western Dauro in Granada and yet it was more expensive. The location is good if you are prepared to walk for 10-15 minutes to the main sights and good restaurants. The hotel is pretty with its internal courtyards. Breakfast is good.

This is a very nice hotel and a great bargain. We had a great stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English very well. The location is also convenient, on a twisting narrow street just a few minutes walk from everything you would want to see. Also check out the local neighborhoods away from the tourist areas - we found a great square with cheap local tapas bars. Enjoy your stay!

Very pleasant attractive hotel with courtyards, Moorish tiles, very attentive and welcoming staff, spacious comfortable room and bathroom, excellent prices except for breakfast which was Euros 10 each, standard fare and not worth the price. [However an excellent breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, toast and white coffees can be had at the nearby cafe-bar Santa Martha for under Euros 4 each. Cafe used by what seemed like the whole locality on their way to work.] Hotel is in an interesting area very close to the main shopping streets but across town from the main historical buildings. However strolling is the thing in Seville and we had come to relax so for us it was not a problem. We just strolled along and saw everything including getting to the top of the Giralda (cathedral bell-tower)! The location could be a problem for people with mobility problems as the streets around the hotel are cobbled streets. On the first day of arrival get a taxi from airport (Euros 23) or station (Euros 7)because dragging your cases along the cobbled twisty streets is not great. Good source of downloadable maps for Seville is www.geofactory.com . You'll need a good map in any of the main Andalucian cities. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.
