La Quinta did not have this reservation in thier computer, therefore, our party did not have any rooms reserved. The reservation number Venere gave me wasn't anything like what a La Quinta reservation number looks like. We were in downtown Seattle and all the hotels were booked. Our trip was a total fiasco due to the mess up your company caused. Unfortunately, the reservation page I printed out had no phone number on it so I had no way to contact Venere at that point. I would rate Venere a 0 and don't ever plan on trying this site again.

Unfortunately, the hotel sent an email cancelling my reservation. I did not check my email and assumed I had a reservation. Upon arrival, they did, however, understand and accomodated my wife and I as it was our anniversary.
