100% non smoking, with a great pet friendly policy and affordable rates, this hotel is located near to Pike Place Market, Federal Building, City Hall, Court House, Convention Center, Seattle Art Museum, Benaroya Hall, 5th Avenue and Paramount Theatres and Shopping.

This historic hotel has just completed a 4 million dollar renovation of guestrooms including bathrooms, corridors and lobbies. The charm of this 1928 hotel has been retained while updating systems and décor. Among the new additions, the Jasmine restaurant ad a full meeting facility.

Rooms are very small, but the hotel has a good location. It's also good to have internet access in lobby, and to have coffee shop on ground floor

We have visited Seattle once a year for the past four years and have always stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. However, as the Executive Hotel Pacific offered a better rate and is in the same area as the Crowne Plaza, which is very central to downtown Seattle, we decided to stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific. The room was small, clean and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't, however, soundproof. I could easily hear music from the next room which continued into the wee hours of the morning. I was further disappointed to discover upon check out that, although $129/night was quoted on the web site as the full price/night, this price did not include taxes. I did raise this with the staff, not all of whom spoke English fluently, but their only solution was to offer breakfast vouchers. In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget, sleep soundly and plan to see Seattle on foot in two or three days.
