A 20 minute walk from the centre. Clean and modern, corporate in nature. We were quoted 9 euro a day for parking over the web, when we arrived were told by an unhappy looking staff member that it was 30 Euro per night (if this is true it is a complete rip off). I was able to produce documentation confirming the 9 euro quote which made our unhappy staff member even less happy. Aside from the sour faced employee (only one of them) and the parking fees, not too bad.

El hotel está ubicado a las afueras de Santiago, al lado de El Corte Inglés. El párquing cuesta unos 11 € diarios. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y limpias. El centro histórico está a unos 15 minutos caminando.

Etwas unfreundliches fast schon ruppiges Personal am Empfang. Ansonsten schönes Hotel, nette Zimmer , nur etwas hellhörig. Störend war auch die Baustelle direkt gegenüber.

Hotel war ein typsiches Business-Hotel, alles okay, Lage etwas außerhalb, per Auto schwer zu finden, immer an Hipercor/Corte Ingles orientieren, keine Kneipen in der Nähe, zum Einkaufen nur Corte Ingles, aber klasse.

The hotel was clean comfortable and very good value for money. The staff were helpful and quick to resolve an initial difficulty with our room. The hotel is situated in a suburb undergoing extensive reconstruction and can be a bit noisy. The old city is a brisk 30 min walk uphill from the hotel so it is advisable get a city map from the information booth at the airport. The No. 6 bus from the stop by the roundabout near the hotel is cheap and convenient-you can pay the driver-it takes you to the Placa Galicia. I would recommend this hotel to active independent travellers.

A very smart, clean hotel at a very good price. Spent 5 nights at this hotel. Pleasant walk into town - cheap taxi fares if required at 3.5 euros. Fairly close to railway station. 16.5 euros standard rate for taxi from airport. Highly recommended - no complaints.

Good Hotel. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Good value. Only quibble would be about the bar. It's pretty much part of the lobby and not very atmospheric. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

This is a genuine 4 star hotel at an absolute bargain price ( including free, secure parking !!). The hotel is approx 10 minutes walk to the city and approx 15-20 minutes walk to the old city. During our visit to Spain / Portugal we stayed in over 15 hotels throughout most of the regions and without doubt this was the best hotel in terms of in value for money,in house facilities, room quality ( ie soundproofing, air conditioning, spaciousness etc )and staff compentency and helpfulness. I would highly recommend this hotel for either business or leisure travellers.
