The completely renovated studios housed in two storey buildings are set among gardens. The Club has a reception area, Internet zone, bars, snack-bar, new lounge bar with a stage, supermarket, self service launderette, laundry service, medical centre, salon with body and facial massage and treatments during high season, whirlpool, 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 for children, and 1 for babies, sun terraces with sun beds and sunshades included.
The completely renovated dining facilities include; non-smoking air conditioned buffet restaurant with show cooking and microwave for baby food, (Gentlemen are obliged to wear long trousers at dinner), bar and Mediterranean grill restaurant on the beach, a new roof top restaurant and a new pizzeria. Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation or no show client will be charged fir the first night. From 8th August to 31October a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
