As paying guest, not all-inclusive-guest, we were not satisfied with the service we paid extra for. For eaxple: we got bad coffe from an easy coffy-machine in plastik-mugs, and had to pay the price for a quality-coffee, that we did not get. Telling the employee that we don not think that that is correct, he sad he can't help. :-(

this hotel was absolutely horrible. the service was the WORST i have ever seen in my entire life. staff was rude and incompetent. location was horrible, far from everything and prices were expensive. i would NEVER stay here again. I would rather sleep on the beach without shelter. the manager is had the nerve to call me rude to my face...i will never, ever, go back there and neither should you.

We expected a relaxed stay in a hotel close to both beach and city. As we were only four adults the distanses was not so important. We found a nice beach (cala mayor) on walking distans, and the bus stop to Palma just outside the hotel. The hotel offered a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely pool and a nice beachvollyboll course. Most people were english or german and most guests were booked with full service at the hotel. Therefore it was hard to get some food to buy at the poolsuroundings. The food offered were also not in our taste. So if you are used to swedish food I don´t recommend you to have full pension here. The breakfast was really good then.

close enough to palma to make it easy to either take public transit or drive a few minutes. lovely poolside view is possible in this high rise. many groups stay here so often it can be crowded for meals and at reception.parking is available but most guests arrive by big busses which can be a problem for individual tourists like us . parking is not fully paved in all places. rooms that we were aware of did not have airconditioning but had a fan over the bed which even in late october made for stuffy surroundings at least initially coming into the room. tap water not drinkable per management and bottled water machines on each floor at 1.5 euro per small bottle. signs on drinking dispensers in restaurant for breakfast and dinner told people not to fill their own bottles from it. a bit tacky we thought. great value for location and big buffet breakfast.groups got dinner included and it looked like a fine spread with good choices . little signs on the food counter were in spanish german and english so no menus were needed . all around very good value especially when one goes in the off season.

the relative poor rating is due to there was no air condition (35 degrees C in the room.) Much noise from other customers and children. and too much Bingo. There was no specified street on the map. Map was provided from your office.

An excelent hotel. The standard is higher than what I would expect from a 3-star hotel. At arrival, the hotel offered an all-inclusive option for extra 15 euros per person per night (all meals and drinks, e.g. soft drinks, beer, wine, ...). The location is on a hill, a bit far from the nearest beach, but there was a free bus service to Palmanova beach, situated a few miles away. Definitely a good choice if you want to relax in Palma.

on arrival we found that the hotel belvedere is an all-inclusive hotel which we were not told of when booking, but for a small fee of only 10 euros per person per day we took out the option which proved well worth it. The hotel is situated about 2 miles from the centre of palma on top of a small hill, which is quite a dangerous walk as there are no pavements. The standard of food, service etc was very good during our stay, quality of the rooms was also good. there was a free bus service into Palma Nova several times a day and a bus stop right outside the hotel if you wanted to go to Palma itself.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend highly

For the price this is one of the most spectacular hotels I have ever stayed in. However, the employees that worked at desk were a little rude at times, but the hotel was gorgeous and provided great services for people staying there.
