Bell'albergo, con stanze ampie e curate, aree comuni ben tenute e comode. Non eccezionale il posto, a lato di una strada a medio scorrimento (per fortuna noi eravamo nella dependance) fuori dal centro del paese.

Great Hotel - we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The journey to the hotel by SITA bus was very interesting and not for the faint hearted. Sant' Agata itself is a nice small town with many good restaurants and is an ideal base for exploring the region. Having a hire car would be a good idea for travelling further afield but we managed fine on the buses. Would definitely stay at Hotel Sant' Agata again!

A very quiet place to stay. However, a lit bit far from the main attractions around. Sorrento by bus about 20 min (plus waiting for the bus) and then train to Pompei, Naples, or boat to Capri.

The hotel was very clean and had nice furniture+a pleasant ambience, there was no minibar when we arrived but one was brought up to the room within minutes of requesting it. The balconies had beutiful views.

The reachability of beachesby car is difficult as there are only few free parking spaces and the announcement for using the bus is not immediately given. Overall the hotel is quite recommendable.

HOW TO REACH Sant'Agata sui due Golfi
Sant'Agata sui due Golfi can be reached:

BY CAR
Take the motorway A2 (Napoli-Salerno) and exit at "Castellammare di Stabia". Follow the direction "Sorrento" and then, before entering this town, turn left following the indication to Sant'Agata sui due Golfi. The Hotel Sant’ Agata is at few meters from the city center.

BY PLANE or by train
Once at the airport, you can take a taxi or you can reach Sorrento by bus service run by "CURRERI". The bus stop is situated in front of the airport and leaves at 09:00, 14:00, 16:30, 19:30 every day. The travel time is about one hour and the ticket cost 8.000 Italian Lire and can be bought on the bus.
You can reach, either by taxi or by bus, the Railway Station "Napoli Centrale" which is located in Piazza Garibaldi.

As for the bus service (which is run by C.L.P.), it is frequent and rather inexpensive Departures from the airport to the station ( "Piazza Garibaldi") every hours from 06:00 until late in the evening.
Once at the railway station follow the indications to "CIRCUMVESUVIANA"(Italian name for subway) which is the railway from Napoli to Sorrento, and buy the ticket for Sorrento. The trains run every 20-30 minutes and the travel time from Napoli to Sorrento (terminal stop) is about 60 minutes. Note that it would be better to avoid trips late in the evening.

There is a bus service leaving the Sorrento station for Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi every hour. These buses stop a few meters from the Hotel Sant’Agata.
