    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-in:     the rooms are available at anytime on Saturdays from 3 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

    Welcome drink, rich breakfast buffet, three different meal options (including one vegetarian meal) and salad buffet in the evening, traditional Tyrolean style buffet once a week, fondue-dinner and barbecue once a week, Austrian-Scandinavian-Gala-Dinner on your last evening; the hotel offers a ski room including ski-shoe dryer; free ski bus to St. Anton (the bus stop is right in front of the hotel).

    All-inclusive-summer-holiday for families: breakfast buffet, lunch-package during the day, coffee, cakes and ice-cream for children in the afternoon, different meal options with hors d'oeuvres and salad buffet in the evening, country-style buffet once a week, fondue evening and special dinner with candlelight on your last evening, free beverages until 10 p.m., guided hiking tours and children animation.
