This was the worst possible hotel experience. Two people into a shoebox, the room smelled of old socks, wireless did not work because the room was across the street. It was so bad, we booked into another hotel and checked out within 2 hours of our checking in.
I would have thought Ramada brand would provide at least a basic level of quality, but I guess it does not.

Service at the front desk are really bad!!!
1.We don't have any food and we only have half of bottled water when we arrived in our hotel. I'm not aware that restaurants are closed by 11pm, by the time we got into our room it's almost 11pm (taking them a long time at the front desk).
2. I want to use the phone and get an outside line to call the restaurants earlier, the guy doesn't know how to get an outside line and told me to use my own cell phone!!!
3. My son had a fever that night and asked the front desk (after so many calls)if there is 24 hour restaurant closeby. The guy at the frontdesk told me that there is humburger restaurant few blocks away and they don't know the number, not sure if they are still open. I don't want to walk outside in the middle of the night to get food and find out later that the restaurant are closed. So I asked the front desk if they have some canned food or chips or vending machine or something in the hotel so I can get something to eat and I'll pay for it (since all restaurant are closed.) I told him my son is sick and currently sleeping and I don't want to leave him by himself to get a food(he is only 5 years old). The guy told me to wake him up!!!
4. They provided one towel (old and rough towel like almost a rug). I have to ask for two towels the next day.
5. Last but not the least, the room showed on your website is not the actual rooms or hotel, its a separate building accross the street !!!(very busy street)
