This MOTEL-type hotel is in the middle of skid row. There are no normal places to eat around it. Go for a long walk each day and step over bodies slumped in doorways or meet crazies at the local cafes.
The hotel rooms are so small they can't even fit a washbasin in the bathroom. NO EXTERNAL WINDOWS -- only a louvred window onto the interior atrium. Enjoy listening to your neighbours late at night and early in the morning. NO air conditioning. Spend more money and stay at a proper hotel!

Rooms above the parking lot are noisy while the ones on the inner courtyard are much better, overall good location but surroundings are not completely safe
