The rooms were about average size but they were clean and modern. I was supprised to find both a microwave and a mini fridge in the room, nice bonus. My one gripe was the hot water pressure in the shower. The cold water had ample pressure but the hot was just a trickle. Other than that everything was worth what I payed for the room.

loved the central location. one block from van ness, major north-south bus line, and not far from Market Street, major east-west. staff was gracious and friendly, room more than adequate, with fridge and coffeemaker (used it daily). We were on the second floor and there was some squeaking fairly loud noise from the floor above. Overall, very good. We'll be back.

I had a the most horrible experience with this hotel!!! Hotel's location...oh...we were afraid to go outside after 7.00 P.M. Also the room is really really bad, and we had blood on the wall!!!! Hopefully I would never come back to this hotel!!

For the price, the room was a great deal. The towells were terrible...old, thin, and very yellow. The office was located in a garage. It is in a rough neighborhood, but if you take a cab it's ok. We needed a room for four, which is hard to find in SF. So we were ok with this for the price!

The hotel is in the center of San Francisco. The surrounding area is not the greatest, but okay. What made me feel very safe is that you need a guest card to enter the staircase and walkways in order to get to your room. The parking area is the only place open to the public. The rates are very cheap, and the room was very clean, bigger than I expected. The beds were comfortable. There was something that sounded like a garbage truck at 4 a.m. and for at least an hour after that. Other than that, I have no complaints.
